Radisson API: How to Get Room Rates, a Price Calendar, and Guest Ratings Programmatically
This guide covers what Radisson offers developers and the working route to public and member rates, a 60-day price calendar, property content, and guest ratings for any Radisson hotel, with live Berlin examples.
Table of contents

Radisson has no public developer API.
The group behind Radisson Blu, Radisson Collection, Radisson RED, and Park Inn by Radisson runs its integrations through distribution and connectivity partnerships, and there's no developer signup anywhere on radissonhotels.com.
If you've been searching for a Radisson API to check availability, pull room rates, or track a property's pricing across a month, the official channels weren't built for you.
The data route exists anyway, and it's the richest of any chain we've documented: ten endpoints that read radissonhotels.com's public display, documented on the Radisson API page from StayAPI, from search and property content to public-versus-member rates and a 60-day price calendar.
This guide covers what Radisson offers officially, what you can actually get, and two worked examples with real responses from the Radisson Collection in Berlin: the rate split for one room, and the calendar plus guest ratings for the property.
Key Takeaways
- Radisson has no public developer API. Its integrations serve distribution, connectivity, loyalty, and property-system partners under agreements.
- Ten endpoints cover the practical jobs. Search and URL-to-ID, details, amenities, photos, and rooms, then rates, room-level rates, a price calendar, and reviews.
- Public and member rates arrive side by side. The same Berlin room this week was $591.94 a night on the public prepaid plan and $461.78 for members, with 17 rooms left on both.
- The price calendar is the standout. One call returns the lowest public rate per arrival date across up to 60 days, with the cheapest date marked.
- Coverage is radissonhotels.com. The Americas brand rights were sold to a different company in 2022, so a Chicago search returns nothing while Mumbai returns 14 hotels and Dubai 12.
What Radisson Officially Offers Developers

Radisson's technology relationships are real, and all of them are commercial.
| Route | Who It's For | What It Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Distribution and connectivity | OTAs, GDS channels, reservation-system partners | Rates, availability, and bookings under contract |
| Radisson Rewards partners | Loyalty program partners | Points earning and redemption offers |
| Property systems | Hotels in the Radisson system and their vendors | Running your own property |
| Meetings and events | Group booking platforms | Event space and group rates, by agreement |
Reading availability or rates for properties you don't operate isn't a product Radisson sells to developers, which matches the pattern of Marriott and every other chain in this series.
Even Hilton, which publishes a partner portal, grants access per endpoint under an agreement, as our Hilton API guide covers.
One structural fact matters for coverage.
Radisson Hotel Group sold its Americas business to Choice Hotels in 2022, so the Radisson-branded hotels in the United States, Canada, and Latin America run on a different company's website.
The endpoints below read radissonhotels.com, the group's site for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, and a search for Chicago comes back empty by design.
What Radisson Data You Can Actually Get

Third-party hotel data APIs read radissonhotels.com's public surfaces as documented REST endpoints.
For Radisson that's ten endpoints against one hotel code.
| Group | Endpoint | What It Returns |
|---|---|---|
| Find | Search | Every Radisson property matching a place or hotel name, with brand code, stars, address, coordinates, tags, and a services list |
| Find | URL-to-ID | Any radissonhotels.com hotel URL converted to the hotel code |
| Content | Details, Amenities, Photos, Rooms | Description, contact, check-in times, 32 services and 211 photos for the Berlin property, and 13 static room types |
| Price | Rates | The lowest live cash rate for a stay, with rooms left and member flags |
| Price | Room rates | Every room type with its public and member rate plans, conditions, and totals |
| Price | Price calendar | The lowest public rate per arrival date across a window of up to 60 days |
| Reputation | Reviews | The property's TripAdvisor-sourced rating, review count, city ranking, traveler breakdowns, subratings, and a five-review sample |
Scope, stated plainly.
The reviews endpoint returns the summary Radisson publishes plus five review records, not a paginated archive; for full review retrieval the same hotel resolves on the TripAdvisor reviews endpoint under the same key.
And coverage follows the website: EMEA and Asia Pacific, with the Americas excluded.
Hotel codes are Radisson's own mnemonics (DEBER1 for the Radisson Collection in Berlin, INMHBOMAIR for the Radisson Blu at Mumbai's airport), and the search returns them alongside the brand code, so a Radisson Blu-only comp set is a one-line filter.
Worked Example 1: Public vs Member Rates for One Property

StayAPI's search endpoint finds the code:
curl -X GET "https://api.stayapi.com/v1/radisson/search?query=Berlin&limit=5" \
-H "x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY"
The first result is the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin (DEBER1, brand code rco, 5 stars), 150 meters from the city center point, with 32 services and tags like "100% Renewable Energy" attached.
Then the room-level rates endpoint prices it:
curl -X GET "https://api.stayapi.com/v1/radisson/hotel/room-rates?hotel_id=DEBER1&check_in=2026-10-06&check_out=2026-10-08&adults=2¤cy=USD" \
-H "x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY"
The response (truncated to one room code and one rate group):
{

"check_in": "2026-10-06",
"check_out": "2026-10-08",

averagePricing.price.isTaxInclusive |
Whether the nightly figure is all-in (true here) |
totalPriceWithTax.amount |
The exact stay total to trust over nightly times nights |
Three things to read off this.
The member discount is a number.
Public $591.94, member $461.78: a 22% gap on the same prepaid room, which is the direct-channel loyalty pricing that OTA endpoints never show and that our hotel price API guide flags as the trap in direct-vs-OTA comparisons.
The channel is labeled.
The group title says this plan is app-only, and the lowest-rate endpoint for the same stay returned a member-only plan with device: app, so a parity check that ignores channel labels compares prices most guests can't see.
Inventory rides along.
Seventeen rooms left on both plans is a demand signal per room type, refreshed every call.
IHG's rooms endpoint is the closest sibling, adding points pricing beside cash, which our IHG API guide walks through.
Full parameters are in the Radisson room rates documentation.
Worked Example 2: The Price Calendar and Guest Ratings

The calendar endpoint answers "which arrival date is cheapest" in one call:
curl -X GET "https://api.stayapi.com/v1/radisson/hotel/price-calendar?hotel_id=DEBER1&date_from=2026-10-01&date_to=2026-10-31&nights=1¤cy=USD" \
-H "x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY"
{
"success": true,
"hotel_id": "DEBER1",
"currency": "USD",
"calendar": [
{ "date": "2026-10-01", "available": true, "amount": 557.09, "tax_inclusive": true, "minimum_nights": 0, "lowest": false },

{ "date": "2026-10-04", "available": true, "amount": 195.62, "tax_inclusive": true, "minimum_nights": 0, "lowest": true },
...
],
"total": 31
}
October 1 at $557 and October 4 at $196, three nights apart, with the lowest marker doing the search for you.
That's the forward-looking price curve, and polling it weekly builds the hotel price history that no site publishes.
StayAPI's reviews endpoint returns the reputation summary for the same code:
curl -X GET "https://api.stayapi.com/v1/radisson/hotel/reviews?hotel_id=DEBER1" \
-H "x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY"
{

What Teams Build with Radisson Data

- Member-vs-public spread tracking. The room-rates endpoint gives both plans per room; polled daily, the 22% Berlin gap becomes a series per property and brand.
- Cheapest-date finders. The calendar's
lowestmarker across 60 days, per hotel, feeds a "when to travel" view or an internal demand map without 60 calls. - Comp sets by brand across EMEA and APAC. Mumbai returned 14 properties and Dubai 12 in one search each, with brand codes for Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, and the rest.
- Content sync. Details, 32 services, 211 photos, and 13 room descriptions for one property, refreshed on request rather than from a stale feed.
Getting Started
- Sign up at stayapi.com. Free tier, no credit card, no partnership application.
- Find your hotel codes: run a search by city, or paste any radissonhotels.com property URL into the URL-to-ID endpoint (the Berlin Collection's URL comes back as DEBER1).
- Make the room-rates and calendar calls above with your own properties and dates.
- Schedule the calls (daily for rates, weekly for the calendar) and pipe the JSON into your database, Google Sheets, Power BI, or no-code platforms like N8N and Make.com. For portfolio- or market-scale projects across Radisson and the other chains, book a demo call.
FAQ
Does Radisson have a public API?
No.
Radisson's integrations run through distribution, connectivity, loyalty, and property-system partnerships under commercial agreements.
Third-party data APIs are the route for reading availability, rates, content, and ratings programmatically.
Which Radisson brands and regions does the data cover?
The brands on radissonhotels.com resolve through the same endpoints: Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson Individuals, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, and the rest.
Coverage is Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific; the Americas run on a separate company's site since 2022 and aren't included.
Can I get Radisson Rewards member rates through an API?
Yes.
The room-rates endpoint returns staysPublic and staysMember arrays per room, so the member price sits beside the public one with its memberOnly flag, and no member login is involved.
How do I find a Radisson hotel ID?
Two ways: search by city or hotel name and read the hotel_id field, or pass any radissonhotels.com property URL to the URL-to-ID endpoint.
Codes are Radisson's mnemonics (DEBER1, AEDXBWTR), stable per property.
Does the Radisson data include guest reviews?
It includes the reputation summary Radisson publishes (rating, review count, city ranking, traveler breakdowns, subratings) and a five-review sample, sourced from TripAdvisor.
For a full paginated review archive, use the TripAdvisor reviews endpoint for the same property.
