How fresh is the data?

Rates and availability refresh hourly. Reviews refresh daily. OTA rankings refresh twice daily. The "Synced X minutes ago" timestamp on every dashboard is real, not decorative. If a refresh fails, the timestamp surfaces it before your client notices.

Which sources do you cover, and what data per source?

Nine platforms today: Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, Trip.com, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, VRBO, and Google Hotels. We pull rates, reviews, ranks, and availability where each platform exposes them, plus OTA partner-dashboard data for the properties you have access to. Adding more is a question of demand, not capability.

How does white-label work? Do my clients see StayAPI branding anywhere?

Custom subdomain on stayapi.com (youragency.stayapi.com), or your own domain via CNAME. Your logo, your color tokens, your terminology. No StayAPI mention in the UI, in the page title, or in any email a client receives. Your brand is the dashboard. We are invisible to the people writing you a check.

What is the actual onboarding timeline?

Three days, end to end. Day 1: send us your property list. Day 2: data starts flowing, we configure your branded subdomain and ingest mappings. Day 3: you and your client log in. We have done it 60+ times. The bottleneck is your CSV, not our setup.

Do you integrate with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Snowflake?

Yes. Every endpoint is JSON over HTTPS with bearer auth. Power BI Web connector, Looker Studio community connectors, Tableau Web Data Connector, Snowflake external functions, Sheets via IMPORTDATA, Hex, Mode, Metabase: anything that reads a REST API works. Several of our agency clients ship reporting via Power BI and Looker Studio today.
