Agoda Hotel Details API

Retrieve a date-free property profile using an Agoda hotel ID.

Endpoint

GET https://api.stayapi.com/v1/agoda/hotel/details

Send your API key in X-API-Key. This endpoint returns public property metadata, without prices, reviews, or availability. Calls use standard account authentication and usage limits.

Parameters

Only hotel_id is accepted. URLs, dates, locale, currency, unknown query parameters, and duplicate keys are rejected. There is no pagination, filtering, or sorting.

Response

success is true and hotel_id matches the requested ID. name is the property name. address contains nullable strings full, street, city, area, country, and postal_code, nullable integer city_id and country_id, and boolean is_obfuscated.

When is_obfuscated is false, full and street addresses are present. When true, full, street, latitude, and longitude are null; public city, area, and country context is retained when available.

accommodation_type and plain-text description are nullable strings. star_rating, latitude, and longitude are nullable numbers. amenities lists explicitly available facilities as group/name objects. photos contains selected HTTPS image URLs published by Agoda, including supplier photos, and nullable captions. Either array can be empty; neither is a promise of an exhaustive inventory or gallery. retrieved_at is a UTC ISO timestamp. This response has no canonical hotel URL or guest rating field.

Find an ID and continue

Find candidate IDs with hotel name lookup or hotel search. Resolve an existing URL with URL to hotel ID, then pass the ID here. Use hotel prices for dated availability and hotel reviews for guest feedback.

The former /v1/agoda/hotel?url= endpoint is unavailable and returns 404. Migrate URL-based requests by resolving the URL to an ID, then calling this details endpoint.

Errors

Errors use RFC 7807 Problem Details. Invalid values, unsupported query keys, or duplicate keys return 400. Missing or incorrectly typed required input returns 422. A confirmed missing hotel returns 404; upstream or malformed data returns 502. Temporary unavailability returns 503, and timeouts can return 504. Authentication and account limits can return 401, 402, or 429. A failure is never represented as a successful empty profile.
